RJ has been giving private music lessons for many years and is looking to expand his community of students. Lessons can be focused on marching percussion, concert percussion, mallet percussion, drumset, music theory, or music composition. Private instruction outside of students' normal schooling time has become a necessity for students who wish to excel in music and achieve goals beyond the classroom.

Lessons can be structured around a short-term goal such as audition prep, performance prep, test prep, etc., or they can be structured to aid the student more long-term where the pace is slowed and the attention to detail is heightened.

Lessons are offered in-person out of RJ's home studio in southwest Ohio or via Zoom anywhere in the world. A travel fee may be charged for in-person lessons given outside of RJ's current studio space.

$20/half-hour

$35/hour

Pricing is subject to change based on demand. Payment is accepted via cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo.

Students will need access to varying equipment, implements, and resources based on their area of focus.
