RJ has been teaching music for multiple years, both in group settings and privately. Utilizing his university education and his performance experiences, RJ believes in holistic instruction and individual mentorship.

In the marching arts world, RJ has served as an instructor for the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps, Fairfield High School Marching Band (Fairfield, OH), Hamilton High School Marching Band and Indoor Percussion (Hamilton, OH), and Colerain High School Marching Band (Cincinnati, OH).  
 
RJ is available for private or group instruction in the areas of percussion (concert, mallet, marching, drum set), music theory, and music composition; and is also available to give clinics surrounding music, performance, practice, auditions, etc.
